Okay, to be honest, you won't find any of us sitting at our desks with a long face. But, that's because we enjoy what we do, and enjoy doing it. After all, as a wise man once said, "It's only work if somebody makes you do it." We are a self-motivated lot - nobody makes us do anything, we do it because we love it! That makes our work, play. And play, we do.

The reason I like to work in Aims is because it is focused on its resources. A lot of consideration is given to employees' professional and personal needs. The people are a serious bunch when it comes to work but, thankfully, can handle a joke or two. The work-life balance takes care of itself automatically if you are working here.
I thought my life was complete as a Graphics Designer - till I joined Aims. Here, I've been encouraged to think differently - pushed to create unconventional designs. My career path suddenly looks so delightful!
