With over 15 years of experience in driving technology-aided learning solutions across India, Europe, and the US, Ajay has been pivotal in establishing Aims Digital as a trusted partner for companies worldwide.

Since co-founding Aims Digital in 2002, Ajay has overseen Business Development, HR, and Finance, shaping the company’s growth with his knack for building enduring client relationships. An exceptional communicator, he bridges cultural divides with ease, turning initial connections into lasting partnerships that go beyond business. Ajay’s hands-on approach in training his sales team, enriched by real-world scenarios and experiences, ensures that they deliver value and expertise to clients.

Earlier in his career, Ajay drove innovation within the sales functions for technology-based education at Boston Computers Ltd. and Schoolnet (IL&FS). He played a key role in implementing technology-enabled learning and teacher training for 250 government institutes in Maharashtra, setting the foundation for his extensive expertise in EdTech.

Outside of work, Ajay is an avid mountaineer, biker, and musician. He channels his passion for giving back through VIBGYOR, a non-profit he founded to host charity events supporting underprivileged children, exemplifying his commitment to making a positive impact on society.
