Opening doors to a world of knowledge

Be a part of the team that delivers great learning experiences!

careers

We are a bunch of serious people. (Giggle. ...). Seriously!

Okay, to be honest, you won't find any of us sitting at our desks with a long face. But, that's because we enjoy what we do, and enjoy doing it. After all, as a wise man once said, "It's only work if somebody makes you do it." We are a self-motivated lot - nobody makes us do anything, we do it because we love it! That makes our work, play. And play, we do.

An honest, transparent and flat organizational structure empowers each member of the Aims family to voice their opinions. And, be heard.

Meet some of our folks

Ankita Dalvi

Anjuman Deodhar

Sr. Instructional Designer

The reason I like to work in Aims is because it is focused on its resources. A lot of consideration is given to employees' professional and personal needs. The people are a serious bunch when it comes to work but, thankfully, can handle a joke or two. The work-life balance takes care of itself automatically if you are working here.
